  • Yes! I use Alma and Headway as my billing services. I am currently in network with UnitedHealthcare, Oxford, Aetna, Oscar, BlueCross BlueShield of Massachusetts, Empire/Anthem BlueCross BlueShield, and others. Please contact me to confirm if I accept your plan.

  • Currently, I have a waitlist. Please contact me if you would like to be placed on the list.

  • If you have health insurance that I am in network with, you can check your estimated payment through Alma here. If you have Empire/Anthem BlueCross Blue Shield, I use Headway for billing and you can check your estimated payment here.

    If you would like to pay out of pocket or request a superbill to submit for out of network benefits, my rate for a 55 min individual therapy session is currently $150.

  • I provide telehealth therapy via HIPAA compliant Zoom video. I am not providing in-person therapy at this time.

  • There are many benefits to online therapy: staying safe from infectious diseases such as COVID-19, access to quality healthcare for clients with disabilities or who live in rural areas, and the convenience of meeting from your own home.

    Online therapy is best for clients with mild or moderate symptoms. During our first session, I will conduct a full assessment to ensure teletherapy is right for you. If you need a higher level of care, I can give you referrals to other providers.

    For online therapy, clients should be comfortable using technology and video chatting. Please also ensure you have access to a private, quiet place for our sessions.

  • I provide individual therapy for adults residing in New York State.

  • During our first session, I will get to know your background in depth, including what brings you to therapy and any goals or hopes you have for the future. I tailor my approach to each individual client.

    First, I work on addressing your immediate symptoms that are most troublesome for you by providing and practicing coping skills. Next, we look with curiosity and care into your past to see how it might be affecting your current situation.

    The typically recommended therapy course is one 55 minute session per week. The length of therapy depends on your needs and treatment plan. Some clients come in needing shorter-term, targeted therapy, and others are looking for a longer-term course of therapy to address their concerns.

  • I meet you where you are at using a combination of methods, while always being trauma-informed and strengths-based in my practice. I approach my clients with warmth, genuine interest, and wholehearted support. My therapeutic approach is holistic with combinations of CBT, Motivational Interviewing (MI), humanistic, and psychodynamic methodologies.

    I typically use supplemental materials such as worksheets, handouts, workbooks, articles, and in some cases songs, pop culture, TV shows/movies, books, and social media in order to explore a deeper understanding of yourself, your behaviors, your patterns, and path to healing.
